If you live outside Europe, North America, or the UK, you are still welcome to apply for the program, but one of these offices will process your order, and international shipping charges will apply. 1. All sales through the e*thirteen EP Program are final; there are no returns!
2. Industry Purchase Program is an exclusive privilege open to full-time employees working in the cycling and outdoor sports industry or active/retired military or safety personnel.
3. Product purchased is only for your use and not for friends or family members. You must place all orders using your discount yourself through www.ethirteen.com or ethirteen.eu .
4. The products purchased are for your use alone, and are not for resale.
5. e*thirteen reserves the right to terminate access to the program at any time for abuse or any other reason.
6. e*thirteen reserves the right to change the terms of the program at any point or to place restrictions on the products available for purchase.
7. Industry Purchase discounts cannot be combined with other offers, sales, or discounts.
8. Your Personal Industry Purchase Code will expire one year after it is granted to you. After expiration, you will need to re-apply to continue to receive the discount.
9. Orders are subject to sales tax where applicable.
10. International shipments rejected due to duty/tariff costs will be refunded once the parcel is returned MINUS the shipping costs incurred by e*thirteen.
