Weighing in at just 335g (170mm), sub-400g including chainring, they exceed ASTM 4 test standards, making them equally at home on everything from aggressive trail and all-mountain rigs to feather-weight XC race builds. The Helix Race Carbon utilizes an 8-bolt chainring interface, with a twist. By incorporating a unique four-bolt locking mechanism in our Helix Race 8-Bolt Chainring interface, weight is further reduced while improving longevity (standard 8-bolt chainrings also compatible).
